It is agreed that people commit crime for selfish reasons as it lack of parental guide, influence by their friends, and financial problem.
One of the reason is lack of parental guide.This is because most parents out there did not have enough time to spend with their children to guide their children.This situation leads to children to do serious crime like illegal racing, vandalism and drug addicts without think people around them.
Sometimes, people commit crime because they were influenced by their friends. This situation always happen to men. This is because they felt that they were challenged by their friends. Once they were challenged, they will do anything to fulfill their desires instead of getting embarrass and mocked by their friends. Besides that, they want to prove their capabilities in doing anything to others and at the same time showing off their nature of manhood. So, peers influences is also one of the selfish reasons in committing crime.
Next, people commit crime for selfish reason because of financial problem.Some people do not have money to buy what they want. It is not that they are very poor, but these people are those who are do not have job. Examples of crimes that they will do are kidnapping, stealing, accepting bribes and many others. No wonder crimes nowadays are getting increasing. This all wil not happen if they try hard to find a job te get a money.Therefore, financial problem can be seen as a selfish reason that leads people to commit crime.
To conclude, some people might think that committing crime is not because of selfish reason but they are very poor and desperate. They are trying very hard to change their lives but nothing's happen. So they have no choice but to commit crime that they themselves actually don't want to do it.
